"This track is a reflection on my relationships and of being in the confused, purgatory state of being in love. I always think about how easy it is for me to give relationship advice, but once I’m in my own, I’m fucked. Emotions are flying high and I don’t think straight. The song happened quickly for me. I just remember my intention was to write a decent pop song" xo Iain

LYRICS:
We forget
And seal it with another lie
And blame it on the other guy
It’s worthless, and not mine
Pieces of my mind
Seem to float on other lines
Keep me from the other side
Will you let me know this time
(Refrain)
I hope that you don’t leave me out of your life
When I doubt that you were spending time that wasn’t mine
When we’re turning
We can’t tell at all
You said someday I would see right when there’s no light
I do if you do but you feel nothing
I can see through you
You say you know me, so why do you fight me x2
(Refrain)
I hope that you don’t leave me out of your life
When I doubt that you were spending time that wasn’t mine
